Welcoming Joel Kepper to the External IT Team

We're excited to introduce the newest member of the External IT family — Joel Kepper, joining our Townsville team as a Level 3 Systems Engineer.

Joel brings with him a strong background in the managed services industry, along with a skill set that covers the full range of modern IT environments. From Microsoft 365 and Entra ID through to networking, infrastructure, and endpoint security, Joel has the experience to handle the complex, multi-layered environments that our clients depend on every day.

What makes Joel a great fit for External IT isn't just his technical know-how — it's his approach. He's the kind of engineer who's seen it before and knows how to get it sorted. No fuss, no jargon, just practical solutions that keep businesses running.

Joel is no stranger to Townsville — his roots in North Queensland run deep, with family history in the region going back generations. In fact, there's even a street named after his family in Belgian Gardens, so it's safe to say he's well and truly a local.
