External IT are proud to be a sponsor of Team Layla in the 2022 Laurie’s Love 24 Hour Row for a Cure. Laurie’s Love Foundation was founded in 2019 by Laurence Pavone who at 42 years was diagnosed with an aggressive, inoperable terminal brain tumour, he made it his mission over the next 10 months of his life to give back, make a difference and leave a lasting legacy for his young family. His mission was to raise and dontate $100,000 to research.

To date, Laurie’s Love has raised over $400,000 and have contributed to numerous medical breakthroughs and allowed researchers to continue their studies into this disease. 

Kyle will be rowing as part of Team Layla for the second time and is looking forward to the challenge.  It will be a gruelling, emotional and rewarding 24 hours.  After winning the event in 2020, the pressure is on to retain the title.
